Exercise for Pain

This is how a few exercise movements can take away pain.

Crooked

A Cupboard

A crooked hinge on a cupboard,

Makes its door harder to open,

Makes it creak,

Eventually the hinge wears out.

Sideways Bodies

People are the same. 

A crooked joint in the body can make movement more difficult.

Sometimes joints wear and muscles get overworked and have pain. 

Balancing and aligning the body can help.

Exercise

Bodies

When muscles on one side of the body get weak they cannot hold the body straight.

The body ends up bent.

Bent Trees

If a rope on one side of a tree pulls harder than the other,

They cannot hold the tree straight.

 The tree ends up bent.

Tents

If one rope on a tent is weak,

They cannot hold the tent evenly.

The tent ends up bent.

Muscles

The muscles under our skin hold our bones in place.

When one side pulls harder than the other side, the body bends.

Exercises
